I Love Christopher Kane Spring/Summer 2010 Ready to Wear collection, it is new and inventive; it is the freshness of Spring that gives designers a new palette! Fresh and neutral use of simple components which work well together have given his collection a new start.
The irregular cut of the dress soften the design making the garment look more rounded through the way the slits are placed at the front of the dress. By showing elements of the bare flesh, this embodies the sense of a new start. Just looking at the designs is a pleasing emotion, with their eye catching prints which attract your eyes all the way down the dress.
For me, the structure of the garment itself is beautiful. Construction comes to mind in the way the dresses are built up by sections of material and areas which have been left for flesh to show. I honestly believe that just looking at this collection is hard to describe; it is just so aesthetically pleasing but as the same time inventive!
